Joe 'JEZ' Zamojski
JEZ began his journey in sports and fitness at an early age competing in Judo at a high level, and contending for a spot on the podium at any given event. As a teenager, competitive basketball was his focus, and through conditioning and training, his interest was discovered for strength training and nutrition.
This passion led him to Laurentian University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Health and Physical Education, as well as a Bachelor of Education, both with an honours distinction.
Joe is also a Can-Fit-Pro Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition and Weight Loss Specialist.

He continues to push himself and his clients to higher levels, and more recently competed as an Ontario Physique Association athlete at the GNC Allmax Ottawa Classic.

It is my goal to have clients achieve an overall healthy lifestyle, inclusive of regular exercise and healthy nutrition. I stand by all of my clients, as their trainer and coach. I understand the need for a healthy lifestyle, and help my clients achieve this through continued coaching and encouragement. My focus as a trainer is on strength, cardiovascular-endurance, mobility, and injury prevention.
Personal clients are given tailored, carefully thought-out training programs to meet their needs and personal goals. With one-on-one focus, clients are able to work on specified areas of need and achieve personal objectives. Group Fitness clients are provided with challenging circuits, varying in modification levels, to suit the beginner or intermediate. The group atmosphere, for some, can be both encouraging and a motivator, for clients to push themselves to their highest potential.
I am there every step of the way to ensure each client achieves their maximum potential.

After a traditional case of corporate burnout, Kerry Antonello left the "rat race" in 2011 to pursue her passion with a career in fitness. She started by becoming a certified Personal Trainer but quickly realized this was the industry from which she would eventually retire. To ensure longevity, she continues to grow her list of client services, including: Group Fitness and Boot Camp classes, Nutritional Counselling, and TRX Suspension & Functional Training.
A former gymnast, Kerry is Level 2 trained and coached 4 years at a local recreational gymnastics program for kids of all ages. She has also taught children's fitness programs designed to encourage movement through games, challenges and teamwork.
Kerry's training style focuses primarily on improved physical and mental health, through setting fitness goals....weight loss is just the cherry on top!
Throughout Vicky’s younger years, sports had been her passion and drive. Her choice of career as a fitness trainer was chosen when she started weight training and focusing on nutrition to become more physically, mental and emotionally healthier.
Vicky attended St. Lawrence College in Kingston where she excelled in the Fitness and Health program. There, she focused on personal training those in the community as well as the College Varsity Basketball and Rugby teams.
While training others, she was also a fierce varsity athlete herself on the Women's Rugby team. During the three years playing, she achieved many accomplishments including Rugby Captain, Rookie of The Year, and Female Rugby player of all Ontario All-Star.
Vicky has a strong desire to help others achieve their goals based on their needs. As she continues her career and personal fitness journey, Vicky is making it a goal of hers to help others achieve their own fitness goals through dedication and hard work.
