Joe 'JEZ' Zamojski
JEZ began his journey in sports and fitness at an early age competing in Judo at a high level, and contending for a spot on the podium at any given event. As a teenager, competitive basketball was his focus, and through conditioning and training, his interest was discovered for strength training and nutrition.
This passion led him to Laurentian University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Health and Physical Education, as well as a Bachelor of Education, both with an honours distinction.
He is also a Can-Fit-Pro Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition and Weight Loss Specialist.
Through his experience, he has developed expertise in specialized areas, such as:

Personal Fitness & Strength Training (Youth and Adults of all ages)
Exercises directed for Seniors
Practical Knowledge of Nutrition and Food

Goals as Your Fitness Trainer:
It is my goal to have clients achieve an overall healthy lifestyle, inclusive of regular exercise and healthy nutrition. I stand by all of my clients, as their trainer and coach. I understand the need for a healthy lifestyle, and help my clients achieve this through continued coaching and encouragement. My focus as a trainer is on life balance, strength, cardiovascular-endurance, mobility, and injury prevention.
Personal clients are given tailored, carefully thought-out training programs to meet their needs and personal goals. With one-on-one focus, clients are able to work on specified areas of need and achieve personal objectives. Group Fitness clients are provided with challenging circuits, varying in modification levels, to suit the beginner or intermediate. The group atmosphere, for some, can be both encouraging and a motivator, for clients to push themselves to their highest potential.
I am there every step of the way to ensure each client achieves their maximum potential.
Passionate about sports, fitness and health, Vicky started her athletic career in high school playing on the soccer and rugby team. Dedicated and determined, she then went on to accept a scholarship for rugby at St. Lawrence College in Kingston studying Fitness and Health Promotion for two years.
Courses focused on exercise science, business management, as well as personal and professional development. Graduating honours with distinction, she was also rewarded with becoming captain of the women’s team in her second year and participated in training camps with the Queens University women’s rugby team.
Her goals as your fitness trainer are to create programs to your personal needs through her knowledge of the body, exercise, and overall healthy lifestyle; coaching and motivating clients to achieve their objectives.
