I can say something super motivating to kick off January, but who honestly ever got motivated by something they read online. Bottom line, we should all strive for whatev


er makes us happy. Sometimes a moment of happiness does not support this. Sometimes to be truly happy with yourself, it takes sacrifice...it takes hard work. You may struggle, you may fail, you may be afraid, but dont stop.


11 weeks ago I accepted a self-challenge...to transform myself and walk on stage June 24th 2017 side by side with other people who have competed in body building competitions for years. Im afraid of failing, but I can't let that hold me back. In fact, I have probably never been this happy with myself. And at the end of the day I am doing this to make myself happy. 


Be proud of yourself more often, and go after whatever your goals are. Don't let fear get in the way. Don't let short term happiness impact long term happiness. Work hard for what you want. And remember this, you are capable of anything.


Classes are up and running, in full swing, this January. Register now. If you have a goal for yourself, write it on the Goal Board in The Training Den. Make it a personal challenege. Don't do it for anyone else but yourself. Be happy with yourself. Also, remembernif you need extra help, send me a private message.
